Fitness and Exercise Ministry

Time: Monday 6:00-7:15 PM

(Rotating between cardio and strength intervals, dance fitness and circuit training)

Join Rachael McClellan (Group Exercise Leader and Registered Dietitian), other church members, and surrounding community members in increasing your aerobic endurance, strength, flexibility and balance through carefully constructed fitness classes at the gymnasium in the Church in Livonia.  Rachael has a passion for helping ANYONE discover their true potential in the setting of exercising and healthy eating habits, and felt led by God to pursue master’s level degrees in each of these fields so that she could help generally healthy people as well as people struggling with chronic conditions or complex injuries become fit and healthy.  We believe that being physically and spiritually fit can aid us in our mission to serve the Lord.  Whether you’ve been a believer for decades or are contemplating the possibility of this world having a Creator, all are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Stay tuned for more information about class offerings, participation guidelines and expectations, and more!
